How a Commercial Move Works

1. Request a quote. Call 825-333-3325 or use our contact page with your move date, addresses and a rough list of what is moving.
2. Plan the move. We confirm the date, crew size and timing, and note building rules such as elevator bookings and loading areas.
3. Pack and label. Items are packed and labelled by room or department so setup at the new location is faster.
4. Move day. Our crew loads, transports and unloads, then reassembles furniture where needed.

What Affects the Cost of an Office Move

We offer both hourly pricing (with a three-hour minimum) and flat-rate quotes for qualifying moves. The main factors are the size of your crew and how long the move takes, the volume of furniture and equipment, how much packing you want us to handle, and the distance between locations. We do not add extra charges for stairs or elevators.
